The PhD Programme in Boosting Peacekeeping Operations Impact is carried out in the following hybrid format:
1. face-to-face participation at any of the participating institutions;
2. online participation; and
3. face-to-face through the candidate’s participation in Coaching On-the-Job, Simulation Exercises, and Applied Research.
The Programme is designed to be completed in a minimum of two (2) years.
The teaching languages are English, Spanish, and French (UN official languages).
The Programme totals 100 credits, broken down into:
· Participation in virtual and in-person lectures, including Coaching On-the-Job and Applied Research = 60 credits;
· Thesis Dissertation = 40 credits (process to begin once the curriculum has been completed); and
· Doctoral students are required to earn 100 credits before being awarded a degree.
